Groups
In order for us to wisely steward this event, we are willing to offer a group rate on an as-needed basis for groups of 15+ adult tickets. (Student tickets are already at a discounted rate.) Please email events@bcsmn.edu for details.

Cancellations
Cancellations and refund requests must be made by emailing events@bcsmn.edu. Refund requests received by August 30, 2025, will be honored in full, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 31, 2025, and September 14, 2025, will receive a 50% refund, minus the $25 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after September 15, 2025.

If you are not able to attend after registering, we are happy for you to transfer the registration to another individual, without a processing fee. Please email events@bcsmn.edu with any registration name changes.
